hey everyone!

okay, so for my school’s newspaper, i’m doing an article on modern art vs. classical art. we recently went to the MET as a school trip, and a lot of people were talking about how all of the modern art is “stupid.” i, for one, appreciate all types of art, but i don’t really understand the allure of most modern art.

so, i’m asking you for your help. if you’re a fan of modern art, i’d seriously appreciate if you could tell me why you love it. if you have a favorite piece or favorite artist, let me know that, too!
